Our aim is to improve the lives of children with Autism by reducing problem behaviors and increasing functional and socially appropriate behavior through empirically-based strategy and whole-hearted care.

Registered Behavior Technician

What you will be doing:

Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential. Providing early intervention therapy in a home-based setting, shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old), collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child. Collaborating with a team of like minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values.

What you bring:

All Applicants are welcome -A college degree is preferred; passion for working with children on the spectrum or their families; an eagerness and deep commitment show up everyday (which includes reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license).

 

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, community members
  • Collaborate with all other team members of the child’s educational environment
  • Client Observations
  • Conducting functional behavior assessments including functional analyses
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of clients’ behavior intervention plans
  • Develop and implement skills acquisition programming
  • Providing feedback and supervision to RBT’s
  • Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data
  • Consult and provide training for parents, teachers, community members

What You Bring:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred)
  • BCBA Certification
  • 2 + years of applied experience working with special needs children, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team
  • Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass background check
