Our Story

Summit Behavioral Solutions, LLC is committed to improving the improving the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are driven to deliver results in the form of reducing challenging behaviors and teaching skills that our clients will not only use today but for the rest of their lives.

As a parent of a child with Autism I not only understand Autism from a clinical standpoint but I understand the full scope and spectrum of challenges that families go through day to day.

 

Our Commitment

Summit Behavioral Solutions is a person centered, ABA therapy provider. We specialize in Comprehensive Early Intervention for children ages 2-16.  Our aim is to improve the lives of children with Autism by reducing problem behaviors and increasing functional and socially appropriate behavior through empirically-based strategy and whole-hearted care. We provide in-home and school-based services in the greater Puyallup area and we accept most major insurances.

Angelina Lease

Angelina Lease

BCBA, Founder , Summit Behavioral Solutions

Angelina “Angela” Lease received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arogsy University in Seattle in October of 2014 and completed her master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University in August of 2015. She received board certification from the BACB in May of 2016.

Angela is married with two grown children of her own and a stepson. Her oldest child was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 12, this contributed to Angela pursuing and obtaining her education in Autism. A native of Oklahoma, Angela relocated to Washington in 2004 and in her free time enjoys hiking, kayaking and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Blanca

BCBA, Clinical Supervisor

Blanca was born and raised in Washington and is fluent in both Spanish and English. She worked as a Behavior Technician prior to becoming a BCBA. Blanca earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University, graduating in 2024 with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Blanca is married and has one son. She enjoys going on vacations to sunny and warm states in her free time. Her favorite place to visit is Hawaii!

LABA, Clinical Supervisor

Bonet is a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst and a Washington native who recently graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. She was drawn to ABA during her masters program, discovering her passion for a field that aligns with her long-standing goal of helping others.

Bonet plans to pursue her BCBA certification to deepen her expertise and knowledge in the field of Behavior Analysis. In her free time, Bonet enjoys watching TV and spending time with her family and friends.

Anahita

Anahita

LABA, Clinical Supervisor

Anahita is a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) who has been working in the ABA field for over 7 years and has nearly 15 years of experience working with children. She is originally from Iran and has been living in the United States for almost 20 years. Anahita is currently pursuing her BCBA certification and is passionate about supporting children with developmental and behavioral needs through individualized and compassionate care. She has experience working with clients between the ages of 2 and 21 across a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. Her focus is on helping children build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills while creating a supportive and positive learning environment.

In her free time, Anahita enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and taking care of her plants.

Kyrsten

LABA, Clinical Supervisor

Kyrsten is a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst with over six years of experience in the field and a decade of working with children. She is currently pursuing her BCBA certification, driven by a passion for delivering compassionate, practical, and individualized care. Kyrsten has supported individuals ages 2 to 28 and brings a diverse skill set in addressing complex behavioral needs. She views every experience as a learning opportunity—whether the outcome is positive or challenging—and strives to continuously grow while collaborating with others.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, as well as attending car shows on the weekends.

Shivani

LABA, Clinical Supervisor

Shivani has been working in the field of ABA for over six years as a Behavior Technician and is currently pursuing certification to become a BCBA. Originally from Washington, Shivani also spent 10 years living in California before returning to the Pacific Northwest.

 

She is passionate about supporting clients and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. Outside of work, Shivani enjoys dancing, hiking, and spending time with her husband, especially watching horror/thriller shows and movies together.

LABA, Clinical Supervisor

Ashley is a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst and graduated in 2024 with her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Mary Baldwin University. Ashley has several years of experience in the field of ABA in various settings and is in the process of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is passionate about supporting others and making a meaningful impact through her work.

Outside of her career, Ashley enjoys reading and spending quality time with her two young sons, as well as with close friends and family. Originally from Florida, she is now focused on building a fulfilling life centered around family, personal growth, and career development.

Zenia

Lead Behavior Technician, RBT

As a behavioral technician Zenia Adler is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. With a passion for helping others reach their full potential, she focused on fostering positive behavior change and empowering individuals to lead more fulfilling lives. On her days off, she likes to stick close to home with her husband and her two cats Ronin and Shinobi. Zenia is also a big Korean Pop music fan, listening to BTS and Stray Kids every day.

CBT

Ted has been working in various special education positions for a decade and shifted to ABA specifically in 2021. Excluding a year spent in Wisconsin, he has lived in Washington his entire life and intends to continue doing so. He has two fantastically annoying birds, a budgie and a cockatiel, and in his free time he produces electronic music.

SusAnna

SusAnna

SusAnna is a born and raised Washingtonian, she graduated from Snohomish High School in 2019 then moved to Vancouver BC and lived there for 3 years. SusAnna has participated in and facilitated Sib-Shops as her older brother is on the Autism Spectrum. She is a certified makeup artist, she is also passionate about fashion, coffee and inspiring the future generations. SusAnna is a swiftie, although she did not attend the Eras Tour she is always up to date on Taylor Swift news. In her free time SusAnna enjoys listening to music, making friendship bracelets and watching Grey’s Anatomy or The West Wing.

Kimberly

Kimberly "Kim" is a Washington Native and a recent graduate from the University of Washington Tacoma (UWT) with her bachelors degree in Pyschology. As a CBT, Kim plans to grow her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Kim is also bilingual and enjoys helping others bridge language barriers, allowing better access to care. On her days off, Kim enjoys going to the gym, listening to Reggaeton music, watching old TV shows, and taking her Bordoodle dog, Simba, for walks. One of Kim's dreams is to travel to Italy and indulge in authentic pasta.

Jocelyn

Jocelyn is a Certified and Registered Behavior Technician with over four years of experience in thie field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She holds a Psychology degree from Fresno State and is currently pursuing her Master's in ABA at Fresno Pacific University.

Originally from California and now based in Washington State, Jocelyn is passionate about building meaningful connections with her clients and making therapy both effective and fun.

Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and baking. You can also catch her at a local farmers market on Saturdays. To relax she listens to music and watched psyhological thrillers.

Kaija (They/She)

Kaija "KJ" is a Certified Behavior Techncian who is passionate about supporting vulnerable learners to develop skills that foster independence, self expression, and self advocacy.

As someone with multiple family members on the Autism spectrum, they were inspired to start working in ABA in 2024. She is currently working on here BA in Psychology from Oregon State University and plans to pursue a career in either ABA, speech therapy, or family counseling.

When they are not working with clients, Kaija enjoys learning about music/psychology/community building, live music, gardening, yoga, and hanging out with their family. They have lived in Washington since 2017 with their partner, son, and two cats.

Angela, who goes by Angie, has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over five years, beginning her career as a Registered Behavior Technician in Fairbanks, Alaska. She has also served as a mental health technician at Family Centered Services of Alaska.

Through her experience in various areas of the medical field, including both school and clinic settings, she has gained valuable knowledge and developed a broad skill set. Over time, she has discovered a strong passion for supporting her clients in achieving success that extends well beyond their time in ABA services.

Angie remains hopeful that the children and adults she has had the privilege of working with will continue to thrive in life as a result of the services and support she has provided.

Skye is a Certified Behavior Technician and was born and raised in Washington State and graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.

She is passionate about helping others grow and build confidence within themselves. She cares about meeting people where they are and supporting them in ways that feel genuine and encouraging and tailored to their needs.

When she is not working, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time with family and friends, and doing activities outside. She also loves going on vacation to warm places as Washington gets quite a bit of rain!

Mackenzie

Mackenzie

Mackenzie is a Registered Behavior Technician who began her journey in the field of ABA in 2023. Having worked in both in-home and clinic based environemtns, Mackenzie brings a wealth of knowledge to the Summit team.

Mackenzie is currently working to complete her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and in her free time enjoys learning Korean and American Sign Language.

Krystal

Office Administrator & Scheduler

Krystal graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary arts and sciences. She then spent 16 years as a full-time stay-at-home mom raising her two boys before transitioning into her current role as an administrative office manager. In this position, she provides strong organization, care, and dedication to supporting both families and staff.

In her free time, Krystal enjoys hiking and camping with her family, going to the Rainiers and Mariners baseball games with her husband, and adventuring with her dog, Jarvis. Her favorite color is emerald green and her favorite food is Italian.
