What You'll Do

This clinical leadership role includes:

  • Parent, teacher, and community training.
  • Collaboration with the Summit clinical team.
  • Client observations.
  • Functional behavior assessments, including functional analyses.
  • Behavior intervention plan implementation and maintenance.
  • Skill acquisition programming.
  • RBT supervision and feedback.
  • Data collection, graphing, and analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

The BCBA role requires:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Two or more years of applied experience with children with ASD preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet the role’s physical requirements and complete a background check.
