What You'll Do
This clinical leadership role includes:
- Parent, teacher, and community training.
- Collaboration with the Summit clinical team.
- Client observations.
- Functional behavior assessments, including functional analyses.
- Behavior intervention plan implementation and maintenance.
- Skill acquisition programming.
- RBT supervision and feedback.
- Data collection, graphing, and analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
The BCBA role requires:
- Master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or a related field.
- BCBA certification.
- Two or more years of applied experience with children with ASD preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to meet the role’s physical requirements and complete a background check.
